Downs, East & West Ewell, Ewell Court, Headley, Kingswood, Langley Vale, Leatherhead,
Lower Kingswood, Nork, Stoneleigh, Tadworth, Walton on the Hill, Woodmansterne. If
you live in a nearby area please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Arrangements if you are going to be out
If you happen to be out when your delivery arrives, don't worry, we are happy to
leave it in a convenient place and let you know where to send your payment to. If
you know that you are likely to be out at the time of delivery, just mention it when
ordering and we can pre-arrange the best place to leave your delivery and your payment.
As a general guide, our normal weekly delivery schedule is as follows:
TUESDAY: Ashtead, Epsom Downs, Headley, Langley Vale, Leatherhead, Tadworth,
Walton on the Hill, Wells Estate
WEDNESDAY: Belmont, Cheam, East Ewell, Epsom (Wells Estate on
In order to maintain a free delivery service, we try to deliver to each area on a
regular day each week. We are however sympathetic to your pets' needs and will be
flexible when possible, especially when delivering your initial orders.
The deliveries are scheduled for late afternoon/early evening as we have found that
this suits most of you!
We have no specific minimum order policy, but prefer to use the common sense approach.
If the amount you require/area you live makes it unfeasible for us to deliver, perhaps
we could deliver a larger amount or you could collect it from us (Epsom Downs). Or
you may have a friend or relative living on one of our regular routes that would
take it for you. We usually manage to work something out!
We ask that cash or cheque payment (payable to Pets Direct) is made at the time of
delivery or that a bank transfer has been arranged. If you happen to be out when
your delivery arrives, we will let you know where to send your payment. If you know
that you are likely to be out at the time of delivery, just mention it when ordering
and we can pre-arrange the best place to leave your payment.
Setting up a regular delivery
To save you remembering to order in advance:
You may find it more convenient, as many customers already do, to set up a regular
delivery schedule. We simply diarise it at whatever interval suits you - whether
weekly, every six months or anything between - it's up to you. Or, if you prefer,
we can diarise to contact you the week before your next delivery is due - giving
you the opportunity to check your current stock and confirm whether a delivery is
needed or not.
You can collect
If it is more convenient for you, you can arrange to collect your order from our
home in Epsom Downs. Just place your order in the normal way and mention it at the
